Recipe Idea Lamb Bake
RECIPE IDEA
LAMB BAKE
500 g lamb mince
250g frozen corn kernels
1 can diced tomatoes
1 carrot grated
1 onion diced
1 T mustard
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
¼ cup fresh parsley
Canola spray
1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Spray baking dish with canola spray
2.Mix all ingredients together and place in greased baking dish
3.Bake for 30 minutes
4. Once cool, cut into squares and serve with salad or rice
